PEORIA—Peggy Lee Young, 69, of Peoria, passed away at 10:57 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Generations Skilled Nursing.
Peggy was born March 10, 1950 in Peoria it Eugene and Francis King Leadley.
Surviving are her son, Frank (Lori) Hinton of East Peoria; three daughters, Francie Hinton of Sedalia, MO, Nancy (Dave) Martin of Peoria, Tracy (Bobby Stanley) Bean of East Peoria; thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bob (Pauli) Ward of Avon and Ed (Kathy) Ward of Yates City.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Patrick Roark; one sister, Vickie Harbor and one brother, Tom Leadley.
She was a member of ABATE of Illinois and enjoyed crocheting, fishing and playing cards.
Memorial services will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2019 at Wilton Mortuary. Burial of ashes will be in Cottonwood Cemetery at a later date.
